To obtain the best results it is necessary to organize yourself by following the following suggestions: Shopping suggestions:
two 250 ml thermos flask 250 to be used for the morning and afternoon break;
low salt
apple vinegar and balsamic vinegar;
fresh or dried herbs to add to your dishes;
light pineapple juice;
rice crackers , rice spaghetti and couscous;
light yogurt;
pineapple Relilax supplements;
Drink 2 LITR. Of water per day:
take 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil 3 times a day
