Relilax® is becoming a Boutique Hotel, 5 stars with the same soul and a more beautiful appearance.
Our family has been dedicated to Hospitality since 1863, and the year 2018 brought with it great change: the renovation of over 70 rooms, the restaurant, the Lobby and Thermal area, the parking lot, and the Hotel façade.
We chose to make the “Boutique Hotel” philosophy our own because of the homey atmosphere that always set us apart, along with a strong Italian tradition of family hospitality. The new logo is the physiological evolution of our effort, the path we have been following for over 40 years, Relilax®, which has also given its name to our Thermal baths and pools and that now encapsulates our entire world in “Terme di Relilax®, Boutique Hotel & Spa”.
Each new space is made to measure, re-imagined and designed choosing each and every detail with love, and as always envisioning our Hotel as a great big warm and welcoming home, discreet in its luxury, delicate in its ever-present service.
The environments are made for socializing and the choice of fabrics and materials gives warmth and exclusivity.
Each item is designed for Relilax® and, should a guest wish, they can have their own copy reproduced.
As always, our service is “tailor made”, thanks to a “guest relation manager” and to the medical staff who welcome guests to understand and guide them towards predetermined wellness goals.
We the Braggion family value making your wellness stay one that will leave you with a feeling of familiarity, and even if we do say so ourselves, we would like to think that you will come to stay again because you feel like part of the family.
We like to highlight family tradition and we do this by taking care of the little things and considering how we can make you happy: Mrs. Elettra Braggion personally looks after the Corner Shop, checks the menu with the Chef and helps him to do the shopping, always choosing the best ingredients while trying to respect the seasonality of the foods.
With her daughter Consuelo, on Tuesdays you will find her at the welcome aperitif, so that she can introduce herself and welcome you. And she also studies innovations and new techniques with the Staff of the Wellness Center, which they then bring to the table with the dietitian too.
Agostino and Gianluigi (his son), on the other hand, take care of administration.
