A real diet needs a longer period than other programmes, precisely because of the physical adaptation and daily nature of the treatments.

Many guests, however, ask for a “weekend formula” for a guided detox and to obtain a “turbo” for a programme that they may also wish to undertake at home.

We have therefore created this mini course which gives our guests the opportunity to detoxify from stress and bad eating habits.
It is 2 days of Relilax Liquid Feeding, to give the whole body the opportunity to digest and eliminate its toxins.
In this way the body can deeply detoxify and regenerate itself.
