What does our 5-star hotel in Montegrotto have that the others don’t? the Guest Relations Manager is one of our answers to that question.

The person who is dedicated to guests starting from the moment they book our 5-star hotel. What exactly does she do?

Before arrivals, she checks requests and prepares what guests will experience at Relilax Spa. If there are particular dietary needs or something you cannot live without, she will make sure everything is exactly how you want it.

After meeting with the Reception staff, she will accompany you to your room and give you initial information on the hotel in Montegrotto.

Care and love

Then she will take you to the Giardino Fiorito, where you will have your first appointment with Nicoletta, the Spa Guest Relations Manager.

If you booked wellness packages in our offers or some massages and treatments, we will need to proceed with an exam. Here you will receive all the information about our wellness offer.

Instead, if you do not plan to take advantage of the thermal treatments we offer, you will be taken on a tour of the structure.

We enjoy being hosts and showing you our very large facilities, where there are countless activities to take part in during your stay.

At any point during your stay, regardless of your needs, you can speak with her.
