In accordance with a purification route called “Alcarelilax”, we created a treatment that encompassed its three primary objectives:
Purification – Relaxation – Toning
Nature has endowed us with a nerve circuit exclusively dedicated to caresses where neurons not only activate at the moment of cuddling but also produce a feeling of gratification and relaxation in the brain. This has a particularly important effect on body care because the “self-healing processes“, potentially always available to us but not activated due to our stress and little or no dedication to “relaxation“, are stimulated.
The “cuddle sensors” are distributed on the skin and need slow and gentle movements to be activated.
To stimulate this effect, we have integrated and constructed an “ad hoc” treatment, incorporating the use of a special brush with natural-fibre bristles, which produces a pleasant ‘caressing brushstroke’ sensation over the entire body, which aids relaxation by producing precisely the activation of that sometimes forgotten nervous circuit.
A “Magic Brushstroke” is a fundamental part of this treatment, which induces pleasure and allows us to move energy projected towards change, the memory of well-being, a pleasant memory and a positive experience. This treatment also makes us aware of “forgotten”, little caressed parts; it returns what our body is capable of feeling, authorising us to replicate pleasant sensations.
After this “delicate” ritual, the massage continues to the abdomen, an area particularly affected by widespread discomfort that our guests report with increasing frequency and intensity. Related problems can be: irritable colon, constipation, abdominal bloating, widespread pain caused by gastritis, hiatal hernias and various tensions. The touch on the belly more than on other parts of the body should instil feelings of calm and warmth. The practitioner’s expert hand rests open in the centre of the abdomen with wide, soft movements in a clockwise direction and with the intention of arousing feelings of protection. The path of the colon is followed, taking care not to arouse pain, and the treatment is perfected with the manual movements provided in the lymph drainage massage so as to:
- increase the lymph flow rate
- boost the body’s immune defences
- remove intercellular fluid by bringing new lymph into the cells
- relax the entire body by improving tissue nutrition and oxygenation

- Acts on the skin and by reflex on the organs by stimulating their activity (diuresis, intestinal peristalsis, biliary activity)
