When should i arrive at the “giardino fiorito” (spa reception)?
For your comfort and relaxation, we recommend arriving late morning in order to organize your treatment schedule best.
What should i wear during the spa treatments and in the public areas of the hotel?
The majority of treatments simply require the provided hygienic underwear and slippers or your bathing suit if you prefer. You can only wear your bathrobe in the breakfast room and not in the various common areasof the hotel.
Where can i put jewelry and cash?
Every room has a safe where you can store valuable objects; in any case, the hotel also has a personal safe at the reception.
What happens if i am late for a treatment?
Arriving late simply reduces the time of your treatment, in order not to create organizational problems for the next client. You will be charged the total cost of the treatment.
What is the “treatment cancellation” clause?
We kindly ask all our guests to cancel a treatment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise they will be charged. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a credit card number to make treatment bookings valid.
How can i pay for spa treatments?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. You can also charge them to your room.
Can i do all the treatments if i am pregnant?
There are many beneficial treatments during pregnancy that can be recommended to you. Please inform the spa manager upon your arrival, so that you can be assisted in any moment.
Who can help me choose my treatments?
After a thorough visit with our health director, who will give you access to all the thermal treatments, there is also a manager at the spa reception, who will help you plan the type and best sequence of treatments based on your needs in order to get the best result.
Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests must be at least 16 years old to have certain treatments. Instead, the services in the spa are for all ages.
