Visiting Arquà Petrarca
Arquà Petrarca is a magnificent hamlet about 15 minutes from our Hotel and is a destination we highly recommend as it is both nearby and distinctive.
Named after Francesco Petrarca, who lived the final years of his life there, you can visit his house and learn about the life he led in Padua before his death.
Arquà Petrarca is a truly charming place, where every sight deserves your full attention.
Before tackling the steep hill that leads from the lower town to the upper town, you can park your car in the convenient parking lot at the foot of the hill, and you will soon find yourself in the hills and surrounded by beautiful stone houses, local activities, bars and restaurants with local specialties.
On the Arquà website you will find lots of information, in particular up-to-date event news: shows and events, antiques markets, tastings and much more!
